Sales Manager

Purpose of Position
To lead Hong Kong sales & marketing to achieve annual assessment and training sales target.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
·Support Managing Director to fulfill long term and short term strategy;
·Endeavor to achieve sales financial target and keep margin in a reasonable level
·Establish / expand coverage on potential clients through building channel and
·capacity Leading Regional Sales managers to work out sound sales/business alliance strategy and plan
·Synergize Regional sales team and ensure effective execution
·Take leadership in new business developments
·Developing sales talents and management potentials to meet the faster business growth requirements in China;
·Building high performance culture and high standard sales professional team
·Commit to be the part of solution and success in BSI China, be a role model to the team, proactively contribute to the management decision and support it, consistently, execute it always with sense of urgency.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
·Bachelor's degree or above;
·Min 10 years working experience in the Sales function;
·Proven experience in developing or contributing to business strategy;
·Experience in developing and managing a budget;
·Entrepreneurial and a strong relationship builder with clients and business
·development skills;
·Aggressive and self-motivated, detail oriented, eager to achieve target in business target;
·Strong leadership and people management skills;
·Open-minded and a team player; Number-driven & result- oriented;
·Good at planning with strategic thinking;
·Analytical and fluent in English and Mandarin.
