Marketing Executive – Trade & Training

Essential Duties
Involve in executing the marketing strategy in 4 channels (Retail, DIY, Project and Kitchen Cabinet)
Plan and execute the new product launch campaign, meanwhile, monitor, and report the launching results
Plan and organize trade show and event (seminar, opening, road show) for end user and trade customer
Develop annual showroom plan and retail management system
Promotion activity support to distribution channel
Relative budget control

Develop annual training strategy & program including training materials and timetable towards sales marketing team and distributor stuff. The training content will cover Brand & Culture, Product knowledge, Sales Skill & Marketing Activities Presentation

Monitor and collect relevant policy and business intelligence
